I have this Friday off from work as my sister is in town, so I’m experiencing a more “Thank God It’s Thursday” kind of week. Nonetheless, this week the portraits are of my friend for three years now (that long?): Kajanne Pepper.
I’ve always hated the phrase, “Thank God It’s Friday!” It makes me think of secretaries in sneakers on the bus. But when you’ve worked in an office, you understand the deeper signifigance of a Friday. It is truly the delicious taste of freedom right around the corner. In honor of Friday, which was traditionally associated with Beauty, Luxury, and the Goddess of Love, I am going to post portraits I’ve taken of friends, families, events and places on Fridays accompanied by a little story.
